I see a lot of posting about jobs in international tax, but what about jobs overseas?

Are there any entry level jobs for American trained lawyers and accountants overseas? India, Singapore, etc...?

I am a graduate of a USNEWS 15-20 law school and I am finishing up a MACC right now. I am almost done with the CPA exams.

I am interested in tax and that is what I have been looking for in the US, but would consider other types of opportunities.

I am 26, single, and don't have anything really tying me down. Is this something to look into or is there not really anything out there?
