The South Carolina-based tax professionals' career portal recently announced the completion of program hardware upgrades.
The company's actions fly in the face of conventional practice. Most sites wait until user-demand exceeds server capacity, and then upgrade. The result is, inevitably, a diminution of service for the user.

The company plans to increase the number of services available to its users, particularly in the area of promoting diversity within the tax profession.
