Tax Reporting Manager

An Outstanding tax opportunity as our Client continues to build a world class, value added tax department
Reporting to the Director, Tax Reporting, the Tax Reporting Manager will be responsible for the FAS 109 and FIN 48 accounting and reporting for the company. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, and influence management skills. The ability to work in a team environment and build consensus is critical as well as the requisite education and experience (see below).

- Accounting or Finance undergraduate and a CPA required; advanced degree (prefer Masters of Accounting/Tax) a plus
- Minimum 7 years experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or large, public company tax department along with prior management experiences.
- 2 years’ recent hands-on experience with FAS 109, FIN 48, and SOX 404.
