Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MST preferred but not required.

• Minimum 2 years experience with corporate income tax accounting/compliance experience

• PC proficient with Hyperion or similar software experience.

• Solid ethical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of the tax accounting requirements for reviewing and consolidating quarterly and annual provision calculations for all non-US entities.

• Assist in the management and execution of quarterly and annual SOX procedures.

• Assist with the determination of the tax accounting related to non-routine transactions (held-for-sale, discontinued operations, carve-out financial statements, restructurings, impairments, acquisitions).

• Assist in the coordination and review of the tax accounting for tax contingencies, audit settlements, and return-to-provision calculations.

• Assist in Tax Stream consolidation process for the non-US entities and ensure its integrity in support of the consolidated financial statements.

• Assist in the preparation of tax footnotes and related disclosures.

• Assist in special projects where needed.
