Required Skills and Experience (candidate will not be considered if they do not possess the following)
- Must have a Bachelors degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or Business. JD, CPA or graduate degree in Accounting, Taxation or Business related field.
- Minimum of 10 years tax experience of which 5 years are in complex tax matters with a concentration in international tax and/or M&A.
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time sensitive environment.
- Available for international travel (30% - 40%).
Preferred Skills and Experience (preferred but not required)
- Big Four accounting firm or law firm tax experience.
- Retail, distribution or manufacturing industry segment experience.
- Experienced in preparation and negotiation of ruling and advanced pricing agreement requests.

Position Summary
Supports the Senior Director of Transfer Pricing in the International Tax Department by analyzing financial objectives and business needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer-focused environment; demonstrating adaptability; and sponsoring continuous learning.
Functions include:
- Implements transfer pricing practices by coordinating multi-functional teams; implementing and maintaining transfer pricing policies; and managing the United States transfer pricing documentation process.
- Manages responses to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other taxing authorities regarding transfer pricing issues by coordinating with Associates in multiple business units; and directing multi-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely responses are provided.
- Assists Senior Director in seeking unilateral and bilateral advanced pricing agreements by advising on plans for meetings and negotiations with government tax officials; and directing the preparation of supporting positions.
- Serves as subject matter expert on United States and international tax issues by monitoring changes and developments in tax laws; and providing tax advice on a broad range of Company initiatives.
- Supports strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
