Schedule a time to confidentially discuss this opportunity with me:
1) Legacy: Whether it is building the framework over the next few years or getting the gold watch at the end of a tenured career, this person will have a lasting impact on this company.
2) Creativity: Driving strategic value while being mindful of risk mitigation is the end goal of every corporate tax department. Doing so without having a predetermined structure in place requires a more creative mind.
3) Ambition: Once the framework is in place, this role doesn’t have to be limited to corporate tax. This person will also be heavily involved in interfacing with personal tax advisors to the principal shareholders while having the capacity to work cross-functionally with treasury and finance.
