US International Income Tax Operations Role



SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT- Assist our client in preparing portions of their US international provision and reviewing their outsourced Us international compliance returns.


LONG-TERM ROLE - This project is five months in duration, fully remote, and could be 24 or 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate (their preference is 40 hours).



Our client is a publicly traded $8+ Billion pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Subpart F and GILTI calculations.
  2. Update existing FTC models.
  3. Review outsourced US International compliance returns.



  • Recent experience preparing Subpart F and GILTI calculations required.
  • Recent experience creating or updating FTC models in Excel required.
  • Recent experience reviewing US international compliance returns for a large public company required.
  • Strong Excel skills required – VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience preparing 905C adjustment is highly preferred.
