Senior Director, M&A and International Tax Planning

Due to a recent promotion, our client, a complex $20+ billion-dollar manufacturing company with operations around the world, is seeking a tax leader who is excited about the opportunity to lead a high-caliber team responsible for global M&A, International Tax Planning, and tax policy.   Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Tax (#2 in the department), the ideal candidate will bring a strong international tax technical background to the table with exceptional communication skills and a desire to grow their career and transition into the lead global planning and transfer pricing role in the future.

Candidate profile:  

• Proven experience leading M&A planning projects.   
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing. 
• Strong knowledge of subpart-F planning. 
• 15+ years overall experience with large, complex, global organizations.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the willingness and desire to interact with executives across the organization 
• Willingness to live and work in Florida.
